The purpose is to improve the working relationship and communication between employees and management, and to introduce company policies and procedures to all staff. Additionally, to provide a refresher on the rules, regulations, and training of “Oyu Tolgoi” LLC, and to conduct a survey assessing employees feedback and sentiment regarding the upcoming all-staff team building and meeting scheduled for June 2026.
