Mobile network tower erection and installation work has been operational since 2022, running activities across Ulaanbaatar and regional areas.

Scope of Work:

• Design and Engineering: Conducting soil analysis, calculating wind loads, and developing specific tower models.

• Foundation Work: Executing excavation, reinforcement placement, and concrete pouring for stabilization.

• Tower Erection: Assembling and erecting steel structures and sections using cranes or manual high-altitude hoisting.

• Equipment Installation: Mounting antennas, feeder cables, radio frequencies, and integrating electrical and backup power systems.

• Testing and Commissioning: Testing network quality, frequencies, and safety parameters before final handover to telecom operators.
